In-School's Enrichmnet classes, After-school Programs and Clubs
Through creative movement, restorative play, mindfulness, therapeutics, and self-expression, these classes help children increase mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus, and creativity. Children will learn tools for self-regulation, build social-emotional skills, and practice a variety of breath work and mindfulness techniques to use throughout their daily lives. Our artwork will be inspired by our meditations, visualizations, breathing exercises, and yoga poses. We will explore a variety of art materials, mediums, and techniques. This combination of Yoga & Art helps to guide children in self-exploration and self-expression as we get to know the world within and around us.
