1:1 Yoga & Art Sessions help children increase mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus and creativity. Children will learn tools for self-regulation, build social emotional skills, and practice a variety of yoga poses, breath-work, and mindfulness techniques to use throughout their daily life.
We integrate art and making techniques to further deepen the practices we learn through our movement, mindfulness and visualizations. Exploring a variety of art materials, techniques and materials.
These creative explorations help children with self expression and self exploration.
Children will leave feeling empowered with specific tools they can use daily to feel calm, grounded and focused. These can be used to help with self-regulation and co-regulation.
