Each 1:1 session is informed by somatic therapy principles, expressive arts, mindfulness, and creative coaching, and may include:
Gentle tools for nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness and embodied reflection
Art journaling and expressive art processes
Subtle movement, breathwork, and restorative practices
Identity exploration and integration, visioning, and self-expression

I’m Emma Berger-Singer, a mother of three, yoga instructor, art educator, and somatic arts facilitator and creative coach with over 15 years of experience supporting children, families, and caregivers. I’m currently earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on families, somatic-informed approaches, and expressive arts therapy.
My work is grounded in somatic therapy, nervous system education, embodiment, and creative expression. I value spacious, relational work and offer personalized attuned, supportive care.
