Through personalized sessions, children will explore creative movement, restorative play, mindfulness, therapeutic techniques, and self-expression to increase mind-body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus, and creativity.
Each session is tailored to help child build tools for self-regulation, develop social-emotional skills, and practice breathwork and mindfulness techniques that can be integrated into their daily routines.
The art created in these sessions will be inspired by guided meditations, visualizations, breathing exercises, and yoga poses. We will explore a variety of art materials, mediums, and techniques, allowing for deeper self-exploration and expression.
This unique combination of yoga and art supports children in understanding both the world within and around them, fostering emotional growth and a sense of empowerment.
