This playful practice helps children increase mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus and creativity. Children will learn tools for self-regulation, build social emotional skills, and practice a variety of Yoga poses, breath-work, and mindfulness techniques to use throughout their daily life.

Emma has over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. She holds an NC Teaching License in Elementary Education, a 250hr Yoga Teacher Certification and is working on her 500hr through Asheville Yoga Center. Emma loves finding ways to move her body through yoga, dance and intuitive movement, making art through a variety of mediums and finding ways to create community. She is excited to continue connecting with others and sharing her experience, knowledge and creativity!
